With the tagging method in the Feedback & Complaints modules, you can track all desired data down to the last point. The survey structure consists of 3 different modules and allows anonymous surveys to be created via mobile or SMS when needed, and open-ended survey questions can also be reported using the tagging method.
With the Personnel Performance Evaluation module, you can perform 180 or 360-degree evaluations and successfully analyze employees' performance and productivity. In addition, with the leave and feedback modules, challenging analysis processes can be easily monitored and managed within the HR department.
